Large Anchor Knife (No. J8394). For an able seaman, the knife was as important as the very air he breathed. He would use it for work, for settling arguments, for minor and major medical emergencies, and to pass the time. Handcrafted of Solingen stainless steel in Germany by the exceptional artists at Otter-Messer. Fashioned with a 3 1/3-inch hoof blade and finished with a striking sapele wood handle with an inlaid brass anchor. Slipjoint lock. Overall length just over 7".
